Distribution
Western and southwestern parts of the state of Goiás, in the drainage of the Araguaia River, and Barra do Garças, Mato Grosso, and the municipalities of Rio Negro, Corguinho, and Rio Verde do Mato Grosso, in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
Comment
The external morphology, advertisement call, and habitat were detailed in the original publication. Andrade, Haga, Martins, and Giaretta, 2014, Zootaxa, 3838: 392–396, reported on the advertisement call. Sant’Anna, Rocha, Akieda, Galvão, and Neves, Herpetol. Notes, 10: 41–43, reported several localities in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
