Silverstoneia punctiventris Grant and Myers, 2013, Am. Mus. Novit., 3784: 34. Holotype: AMNH A-102092 44001, by original designation. Type locality: "Quebrada Mutatá (tributary of the Río Valle) at 200 m at the northern base of the Alto del Buey, Serranía del Baud., Departamento del Chocó, Colombia". Colombia, Departamento de Antioquia, Municipio Urrao, Río Arquía, 17 km above Vegáes by mule trail, Finca Chibiguí, ca. 300 m".
