Limnonectes ibanorum (Inger, 1964)
Rana ibanorum Inger, 1964, Fieldiana, Zool., 44: 151. Holotype: FMNH 76894, by original designation. Type locality: "a small tributary at the juncture of the Baleh and Putai Rivers (1° 48′ N, 113° 45′ E), Third Division, Sarawak", Malaysia (Borneo).

Distribution
Central and north-central hilly part of Borneo in Kalimantan (Indonesia), Brunei, and Sarawak (Malaysia), possibly into southern Sabah.

Natural Resident: Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Malaysia, East (Sarawak and/or Sabah)

In the Limnonectes (Limnonectes) kuhlii group of Dubois, 1987 "1986", Alytes, 5: 63. See identification table by Manthey and Grossmann, 1997, Amph. Rept. Südostasiens: 84-86, to compare this species with other ranids of the Sunda Shelf region. See statement of geographic range, habitat, and conservation status in Stuart, Hoffmann, Chanson, Cox, Berridge, Ramani, and Young, 2008, Threatened Amph. World: 629. Das, 2007, Amph. Rept. Brunei: 48, provided a photograph and brief account. Haas, Das, Hertwig, Bublies, and Schulz-Schaeffer, 2022, Guide to the Tadpoles of Borneo: 136–138, summarized the knowledge of habitat, reproduction, larval morphology and coloration.
