Evol., 102: 307, according to Matsui, Nishikawa, Shimada, Eto, Hamidy, Sudin, Hossman, Gumal, and Vairappan, 2024, Curr. Herpetol., Kyoto, 43: 242, who discussed the comparative morphology, molecular markers, and natural history of this species.
