Comment
The sister taxon of Occidozyga myanhessei + Occidozyga swanbornorum, according to the original publication, where comparative morphology and molecular markers (16S mtDNA) were detailed. Previously identified as O. martensii (Nguyen, Ho, and Nguyen, 2009, Herpetofauna Vietnam).
