Gastrotheca ossilaginis Duellman and Venegas, 2005, Herpetologica, 61: 296. Holotype: MUSM 19486, by original designation. Type locality: "Lago Quindecocha (06° 51′ 18.1 S, 77° 42′ 18.9 W, 3100 m), Juanjui, Provincia de Huallaga, Departamento de San Martín, Peru".

Distribution

Known only from two localities at elevation of 3000 to 3100 m in the vicinity of Lago de Los Condores in the northern part of the Cordillera central in northern Peru.
