Gastrotheca pacchamama Duellman, 1987, Copeia, 1987: 905. Holotype: KU 163288, by original designation. Type locality: "north slope of Abra Tapuna, 7 km (by road) N of Mahuayara, 3710 m (12° 74′ S, 74° 01′ W), Departamento de Ayacucho, Peru".

Distribution

Known only from the region type locality in the Cordillera Oriental of the Andes in the Ayacucho region of central Peru.
