Gastrotheca stictopleura Duellman, Lehr, and Aguilar, 2001, Sci. Pap. Nat. Hist. Mus. Univ. Kansas, 22: 2. Holotype: MUSM 20319, by original designation. Type locality: "Tranca Grande at Chaglla (09° 51′ 08 S, 75° 54′ 37 W, elevation 3090 m), Provincia de Pachitea, Departamento de Huánuco, Peru".

Distribution

Known only from the southern end of the Cordillera Azul, in the departments of Huánuco, Pasco, and northern Junín, Peru, 2500-3090 m elevation.

Most closely allied with Gastrotheca lateonota according to the original publication; in the Gastrotheca marsupiata group by implication.
