Given as "near Quebrada Toqoryuoc, Wayqecha Research Center, Kosñipata Valley, Provincia de Paucartambo, Región Cusco, Peru, 13º 11′ 21.0″ S, 71º 35′ 05.5″ W, 2845 m" by Catenazzi and Lehr, 2009, Zootaxa, 2304: 63.
