Distribution

Upper Amazon Basin and lower Amazonian slopes of Andes in northern Peru, Ecuador (Sucumbios, Orellana, Napo, and Pastaza provinces), and southern Colombia (Caquetá to Putumayo), 300–2000 m elevation.
