Removed from the synonymy of Crossodactylus dispar by Pimenta, Cruz, and Caramaschi, 2014, Arq. Zool., São Paulo, 45: 11 (who noted that it has not been collected since 1972), where it had been placed (with Crossodactylus fuscigula, not of Fitzinger, by implication Crossodactylus dispar) by Lutz, 1930, Mem. Oswaldo Cruz, Rio de Janeiro, 24: 216.
