Hyperolius inyangae Channing in Channing, Hillers, Lötters, Rödel, Schick, Conradie, Rödder, Mercurio, Wagner, Dehling, Du Preez, Kielgast, and Burger, 2013, Zootaxa, 3620: 326. Holotype: ZMB 77276, by original designation. Type locality: "Rhodes Dam in the Nyanga National Park, Zimbabwe, 18°17′ 20.3″ S, 32°43′ 24.4″ E".

Distribution

Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe and Malawi; closely related population in central Angola (see comment).

In the Hyperolius nasutus species group according to the original publication. Channing and Rödel, 2019, Field Guide Frogs & Other Amph. Afr.: 182–183, provided a brief account, photograph, and range map. Conradie, Keates, Verburgt, Baptista, and Harvey, 2023, Amph. Rept. Conserv., 17: 32–33, provided an account (of Hyperolius cf. inyangae) and dot map of the species in Angola.
