Boophis bottae Vences and Glaw, 2002, Tropical Zool., 15: 150. Holotype: ZSM 678/2001, by original designation. Type locality: "close to Andasibe (at a bridge on the road between the National Road 2 and the Andasibe village), central-eastern Madagascar 18° 56′ S, 48° 25′ E, ca. 900 m elevation."
