Comment

In the Boophis goudoti group according to the original publication, where comparative morphology, advertisement call, and molecular markers (16S mtDNA) were detailed. Basham, Masotti, Schmeder, Vences, Razafitsimialona, Andrianatenaina, Andrianoely, Allen-Love, Scheffers, Zamudio, and Wright, 2026, J. Herpetol., 60: 1–12, provided a genetically confirmed record from the Ivohiboro Protected Area, southeastern Madagascar.
