English Names

Distribution

Known from the type locality (Binling, Honya County, central Sichuan, 1480 m elevation) and Fanjing Mountains of eastern Guizhou, China, elevation 900 m.

Comment

Most similar to Megophrys omeimontis according to the original publication. Fei, Ye, and Jiang, 2010, Colored Atlas of Chinese Amph.: 183, provided a brief account including photographs. Fei, Ye, and Jiang, 2012, Colored Atlas Chinese Amph. Distr.: 211, provided an account, photographs, and a range map for China. Fei and Ye, 2016, Amph. China, 1: 709–711, provided an account, photographs, and dot map, as Xenophrys binlingensis. Zhang, 2017, Amph. Rept. Fanjing Mts.: 77–80, provided taxonomic and natural history information for the Fanjing Mountains population in northeastern Guizhou, China.
