Callulops fojaensis Oliver, Richards, and Tjaturadi, 2012, Zootaxa, 3178: 34. Holotype: MZB Amph. 11958, by original designation. Type locality: "'Bog Camp', Foja Mountains, Papua Province, Indonesia (2° 34.5′ S, 138° 42.9′ E, 1600 m asl)".

Asterophrys fojaensis — Dubois, Ohler, and Pyron, 2021, Megataxa, 5: 691, by implication. See comment under Callulops.

Wet, mossy, mid-montane forest in the Foja Mountains of Papua Province, Indonesian New Guinea.
