Distribution
known from a narrow band of wet foothill rainforest along the southern fringe of New Guinea’s central cordillera that extends to the lowlands of the Kikori River basin, in Gulf, Western and Southern Highlands Provinces in Papua New Guinea at elevations between near sea level at Kopi to almost 1000 m.
