Platypelis barbouri Noble, 1940, Proc. New England Zool. Club, 18: 27. Holotype: MCZ 23848, by original designation. Type locality: "forest of Fanovana Forest, midway between Tananarive and the coast of eastern Madagascar". (but employing the younger name Platypelis barbouri for the species).

Paracophyla tuberculata Millot and Guibé, 1951, Mem. Inst. Sci. Madagascar, Ser. A, 5: 209. Holotype: MNHNP 1957.715, by original designation. Type locality: "Perinet (forêt d'Analamazoatra); gaine de Ravenala", Madagascar. Synonymy by Blommers-Schlösser and Blanc, 1991, Faune de Madagascar, 75: 85.

Comment

Paracophyla tuberculata Millot, 1951, is potentially a secondary homonym of Cophyla tuberculata Ahl, 1929, when in Platypelis (DRF).
