Common Names

None noted. 

Distribution

Known from (1) the western Masoala Peninsula: Amparihy (type locality), Menamalona, and Beanjada, and (2) Antsarahan’ny Tsararano, and (3) Marojejy. It occurs at intermediate elevations (ca 600–1000 m).

In the Rhombophryne laevipes group according to the original publication, where adult external morphology, morphometrics, osteology, and molecular markers were detailed as well as relevant earlier literature.
