Distribution
Mainland (Bago) and peninsular (Mon, Tanintharyi) Myanmar, and most of mainland Thailand through the southern Annamites and southern portions of northern Laos (Xaignabouly, Vientiane Province, Khammouan Province, and Champasak Provinces,195–326 m elevation) and western Cambodia to the southern Vietnam (Dac Lac, Gia Lai, and Kon Tum provinces, 400–1000 m) possibly into the northern part of the Malay Peninsula, although this requires confirmation (see comment).
