Geocrinia alba Wardell-Johnson and Roberts, 1989, Landscope, 5: 17. Syntypes: Not stated; given as WAM R94457, R94466, and R95955–62 by Roberts, Wardell-Johnson, and Barendse, 1990, Rec. W. Aust. Mus., 14: 433, who designated WAM R94466 as lectotype. Type locality: "a few sites in the Witchcliffe and Karridale areas", Western Australia; restricted by lectotype designation to "Bruce Road, 11.5 km S of Witchcliffer W. A. (115°10′ E 34°03′ S)", Western Australia.
