Cacosternum leleupi Laurent, 1950, Rev. Zool. Bot. Afr., 44: 138. Holotype: MRAC unnumbered, by original designation. Type locality: "Station d'étude des Kundelungu (1.750 m.), dans une mare", Katanga Province, Dem. Rep. Congo.
