Common Names

Bhadra Leaping Frog (original publication; Dinesh, Radhakrishnan, Deepak, and Kulkarni, 2023, Fauna India Checklist, vers. 5.0 : 11).

Distribution

Known only from its type locality Muthodi forest, Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary, and Chandra Drona Parvatha massif of Chikmagaluru district, located north of Palghat Gap in the Western Ghats state of Karnataka, India.

Comment

In the Indirana semipalmata group according to the original publication. Arpitha, Naveen, and Priti, 2025, Zootaxa, 5604: 167–175, described larval morphology.
