Nasutixalus medogensis Jiang, Wang, Yan, and Che in Jiang, Yan, Wang, Zou, Li, and Che, 2016, Zool. Res., Kunming, 37: 16. Holotype: KIZ 016395, by original designation. Type locality: "Gelin (N29.21665°, E95.17571°, elevation 1 619 m), Beibeng, Medog, southeastern Tibet, China".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality (Gelin, elevation 1619 m, Beibeng, Medog, southeastern Xizang (= Tibet), China.

Comment

This species was previous identified as Theloderma moloch in a molecular study by Li, Che, Murphy, Zhao, Zhao, Rao, and Zhang, 2009, Mol. Phylogenet. Evol., 53: 509-52, according to the original publication. Che, Jiang, Yan, and Zhang, 2020, Amph. Rept. Tibet: 342–346, provided a detailed account for Tibet, China.
