Distribution

Central and southeastern Sichuan, extreme northern Yunnan through northern Guizhou and southern Chongqing to northwestern Hunan and southwestern Hubei; isolated populations in northwestern Fujian, southwestern Jiangxi, and northeastern Sichuan, China, 900 to 3000 m elevation.
