Telmatobius scrocchii Laurent and Lavilla, 1986, Cuad. Herpetol., 2: 11. Holotype: FML 03532, by original designation. Type locality: "Campo El Arenal, Departamento Andalgalá, [Provincia] Catamarca, Argentina".

Common Names

Andalgala Water Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 85).

Distribution

Known from four localities in the Sierra de El Mancao, Ambato, Catamarca Province, Argentina, 2200-2300 m elevation.
