San Ramon Moss Salamander (original publication). 

Distribution

Known only from the type locality on the extreme eastern margin of the Tilarán mountains (ca. 1200 m elevation), north of the city of San Ramon, Alajuela, Costa Rica.

Comment

 Kubicki, Reyes, and Arias, 2022, Zootaxa, 5194: 451–496, provided an account, molecular and morphological markers, and a dot map of the species, as part of their revision of the genus in Costa Rica.
