Geotrypetes pseudoangeli Taylor, 1968, Caecilians of the World: 718. Holotype: FMNH 189185 according to Marx, 1976, Fieldiana, Zool., 69: 35 (formerly EHT-HMS 4679, formerly MCZ 22414, by original designation). Type locality: "Liberia, Sanoqueleh near Ganta".

Distribution

Known only from the type locality in Liberia on the border of extreme southern Guinea, where it likely also occurs.
