Centrolene lemniscatum Duellman and Schulte, 1993, Occas. Pap. Mus. Nat. Hist. Univ. Kansas, 155: 12. Holotype: KU 217300, by original designation. Type locality: "14 km (by road) west of Venceremos (05° 44′ S, 77° 32′ W, 2000 m), Provincia Rioja, Departamento San Martín, Perú".

Common Names

Rioja Giant Glass Frog (Frank and Ramus, 1995, Compl. Guide Scient. Common Names Amph. Rept. World: 46).

Distribution

Known only from the type locality on the eastern slopes of the central Andes of Peru.
