Type locality: "Departamento de Caquetá, municipio de Florencia, vereda Tarqui, 39.3 km NO por carretera arriba de Florencia, vertiente oriental Cordillera Oriental, 1°48′ Latitud N, 75° 40′ W de Greenwich, 1410 m.", Colombia.

Distribution

Known only from the type locality on the eastern slope of the Cordillera Oriental in Caquetá, Colombia, 1410 m elevation.
