Distribution

Amazonian Andean slopes in Ecuador, 1400-1820 m elevation, in the provinces of Napo, Tungurahua, Morona-Santiago, and Zamora-Chinchipe, Ecuador, possibly into adjacent southern Colombia; also from near San José in the Cainarachi valley near Tarapoto, Departamento San Martín, Peru, 610 m elevation.
