Diane's Bare-hearted Glassfrog (original publication).
Distribution
Known only from three sites along the Caribbean foothills of Costa Rica, between the vicinity of Santa Clara, Heredia Province and the headwaters of Río Victoria, Limón Province, at elevations between 400 to 900 m.

The sister taxon of Hyalinobatrachium colymbiphyllum + Hyalinobatrachium chirripoi according to the original publication.
