Distribution

Elevations of 600–900 m from two localities in Carchi Province in northwestern Ecuador and isolated records as far north as the valleys of the western Andes of Antioquia, central Andes of Cauca and Risaralda, and eastern Andes of Boyacá and Santander, Colombia, 1700 to 2265 m elevation.
